Scale up with Containment and Wash in place. The STYLCAM 200 R has by default a high level of containment.
The machine can be upgraded to full containment with a Wash in place option at any time whenthere is need for it.
This enables you to perform small clinical production or research with an utmost safety and protection for your operators.
User friendly containment with WIP
In addition we are offering a more user-friendly solution which allows the Stylcam to be used with or without gloves like a standard machine. Everyday handling remains fast and easy.
The WIP spray balls wash down the compression zone whereby gloves and spray gun allow you to finish the cleaning and drying before breaking the containment.
Containment to the highest OEB level
The STYLCAM can be contained according to your individual requirements.
The design of a large glove box allows you to make tablets inside the contained area while performing physical measurements with some space left for cleaning.
The RTP-port allows you to bring in material and produced tablets out.
